| Manchester University Project Unity - Building Study - February 2005 |

This project forms part of the final thesis year. My investigations into the overall masterplanning in Yr6 Sem 1 are carried through into this project. I have also been hoping to expand on the theories set out in my dissertation regarding the Strategies and Tactics in the remodelling of existing buildings. |

| I was very pleased to get a mark of 75% for this project. The two main images were also displayed at a conference in the G-Mex centre in October 2005. I am hoping that Sally (my tutor) will eventually forward on some photographs of the displayed work. |

| On a related note the Maths Tower has now been demolished which I think is a shame in both a sculptural and urbanistic sense. John McAslan and Partners are currently the Architects designing the replacement building. |
